Annual Accounts Filing

Every UK company must file annual accounts with Companies House — even a dormant one. We prepare and file your accounts for you, with a balance sheet built automatically from your figures and last year’s balances brought forward.

  • Dormant, micro & small companies
  • Balance sheet built for you
  • You approve before we file
  • Filed at Companies House

Accounts filed properly, without an accountant

Filing accounts is a legal duty with a hard deadline and rising penalties for lateness. Our service turns your figures into correctly formatted Companies House accounts and files them, so you meet the deadline without wrestling with the paperwork.

Every company type

Dormant (AA02), Micro-entity (FRS 105) and Small company (FRS 102 Section 1A) accounts are all supported.

Balance sheet built for you

The balance sheet is calculated automatically from your transactions — you do not build it by hand.

Last year carried forward

Closing balances become next year’s opening balances, with a prior-year comparatives column.

Enter figures your way

Add transactions by hand, or import them from a Google Sheet — whichever suits how you keep records.

Director approval

Nothing is filed until a director reviews and approves the accounts.

Deadlines tracked

We track your filing deadline and remind you, so the accounts go in on time.

Companies House-ready accounts

Formatted, reviewed and approved before we file.

How it works

  1. 1

    Enter your figures

Add your transactions by hand or import them from a Google Sheet.

  2. 2

    We build the accounts

The balance sheet is calculated and the accounts are formatted for Companies House.

  3. 3

    A director approves

You review the finished accounts and approve them before filing.

  4. 4

    We file them

After your approval, our team files the accounts at Companies House for you.

Which accounts your company files

The type of accounts you file depends on your company. A company that has not traded files dormant accounts. A very small company files micro-entity accounts under FRS 105. A larger but still small company files small company accounts under FRS 102 Section 1A. This service supports all three.

If you are not sure which applies, the size thresholds are handled for you — the service uses the correct thresholds for your accounting period so your accounts are prepared to the right standard.

  • Dormant accounts (AA02) for non-trading companies
  • Micro-entity accounts (FRS 105) for the smallest companies
  • Small company accounts (FRS 102 Section 1A)
3 types

Dormant, micro-entity and small — all supported

A managed filing, reviewed before it goes in

This is a managed service: you enter your figures, we prepare the accounts in the Companies House format, and our team files them after you have approved them. Nothing is submitted without a director signing off first.

That review step matters — it means the accounts on the public record are ones you have seen and agreed, prepared to the right standard for your company’s size.

  • You enter the figures; we do the formatting and filing
  • Director approval required before submission
  • Prepared to the correct standard for your company

Annual Accounts questions

Does a dormant company still have to file accounts?

Yes. Even a company that has not traded must file dormant accounts (AA02) with Companies House each year. This service supports dormant accounts as well as micro-entity and small company accounts.

Do I need to build the balance sheet myself?

No. The balance sheet is calculated automatically from the transactions you enter, and last year’s closing balances are carried forward as this year’s opening balances with a prior-year comparatives column.

How do I get my figures in?

You can enter transactions by hand or import them from a Google Sheet — whichever matches how you keep your records.

Do you file the accounts, or just prepare them?

Both. You enter the figures, we prepare the accounts in the Companies House format, and after a director approves them our team files them at Companies House for you.

Are these accounts also my Corporation Tax return?

No. Annual accounts are filed with Companies House. Your Corporation Tax return (CT600) is filed separately with HMRC. This service covers your Companies House accounts.
